apply security to keep your Intranet viewable only registered
visitors only.
Intranets
are a great way to enhance communication within a company and/or
its partners and can consist of many forms of information and
documents. You may wish to include everything you normally print
or photocopy for each employee (i.e., staff list, policy manual,
etc.). These documents can be entered in ready to use HTML format,
or they can be entered in most any other format including: Word,
WordPerfect, Excel, etc.
Intranets can help you and your company locate and share network
directories by creating simple links from the Intranet page.
