This site was built with the viewer in mind. It is, hopefully, aesthetically pleasing and refreshing to the eye. Navigation was also considered to be an important factor, the easier to get around a site, the longer the viewer will stay there and the more likely he or she will browse all the information.

Multi-browser capabilities is also very important. Although this site is ultimately best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, there are very slight and subtle differences when viewing with Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher. Many Internet surfers, however, are still using older browsers and that is why we were careful to ensure a more than satisfactory experience using those browsers with complete navigational capabilities, colour, text, etc.
